Currently, Stephanie and Jessica are working on the project at 524 Manhattan Avenue. Their work has produced great success within the first six weeks. They are able to secure 85% of units under contract in that time frame with prices within 2% of the asking price. They both understand what type of offers to entertain and to make sure all buyers are qualified. They understand time is the essence for this project, and I am more than happy with the current progress.

I worked with Jessica on a very complicated case where my client had been a very prominent professional in the community, but was now suffering from dementia and a terminal illness. He was still living in the apartment, but it had to be sold.

Since this was a very prominent client, his many friends continually offered their advice on how the apartment should be sold and by whom. This was the environment that Jessica was brought into sell my client's co-op. She did a masterful job of keeping up a buzz about the apartment, scheduling showings at "good times" for buyers and was always well- educated on what was happening in the market. Jessica is very impressive in her ability to identify her goals and work hard to achieve them. The sale of this apartment should have been a straight forward transaction; however, instead Jessica faced horrible complications. After dealing with two other real estate brokers in New York City, it was a pleasure & our good fortune to be introduced to Jessica Peters from Prudential Douglas Elliman.

Ours was not an easy search: we were looking for a multi-family brownstone or townhouse in Brooklyn, and to complicate matters, we were initially co-investing with a partner living abroad. Residing in Connecticut and demanding full time jobs limited our availability to view properties, but Jessica was always patiently willing to try and get us in hard-to-view places, show at short notice or at odd times.

We looked for 2 years, and when we finally found our townhouse, things did not exactly proceed smoothly.
