About Allison Dubuisson

With highly developed interpersonal skills, Allison builds genuine relationships with her clients and attentively listens to her clients' needs throughout the transaction process. In addition to being an intelligent marketer, skilled negotiator, and competent advisor, Allison is also a born communicator. Throughout the transaction process, she focuses full heartedly on her client's objectives, leaving no questions unanswered and working quickly but with accuracy and patience to provide solutions, sound advice, and well-targeted results. As a result, she has built a strong reputation in this industry.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Allison was actively recruited for her jobs in financial marketing and public relations in New York, music licensing and publishing for Universal Music in London, and in media marketing, publishing, and sales in Rio de Janeiro for the fourth largest television network in the world. Her multidimensional skill set, aggressive go getter mentality, contract law background, and business acumen combined with her outgoing personality provide her with an EDGE in the real estate industry. Allison is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish and also speaks conversational French.

Allison attended Seton Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from New York University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Currently, Allison lives in central Bushwick, Brooklyn and is actively engaged in local and neighborhood charities and arts/cultural organizations, public art fund projects, grant writing for artists, pro bono contract advising for musicians, and working on her novel. She is a music publisher, and began purchasing publishing rights in her early twenties. She enjoys exploring local musician/ producer showcases, arts events and activities, interior design and architecture, renovation projects, traveling the globe, and all things related to Brooklyn and Manhattan real estate.
